End User License Agreement
Effective date: 09-10-2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") governs your download, installation, access and use of the KidInspector software, including the Android app, the Windows software, the macOS software, updates and related components ("Software").
The Software is supplied by Capital Prime LLC, United States, 4300 Ridgecrest Dr SE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124. Phone: +1 (561) 528 3779. Support email: [email protected].
Downloading, installing, accessing or using the Software means you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not download, install or use the Software.
Your use of the KidInspector website, web dashboard, account, subscriptions and related services is additionally governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. About the Software
KidInspector is parental control and family device monitoring software for Android, Windows and macOS.
The Software links an authorized device to the user's KidInspector account and web dashboard. Subject to the platform, granted permissions, setup, the plan in force and feature availability, it may gather supported device activity and send it to the account holder's dashboard.
What is available differs by platform, device model, operating system version, permissions, browser support, setup and the plan selected.
2. License Grant
Provided you observe this EULA, the Terms of Use and applicable law, Capital Prime LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to download, install and use the Software.
The Software may be installed and used only:
- on devices your account or subscription covers
- on devices belonging to you
- on a device used by your minor child, where the law allows it
- on a household device where monitoring is appropriate and has been explained properly
- on a device you are legally entitled to install and run the Software on, with consent where consent is needed
The Software is licensed, not sold. This EULA transfers no ownership of the Software or of any related intellectual property to you.
3. Account and Subscription Requirements
Some or all Software features may require:
- a live KidInspector account
- a valid plan or subscription
- an internet connection
- a device and operating system that are supported
- whatever device, browser or system permissions are needed
- a link between the Software and your KidInspector web dashboard
How many devices you may install the Software on, and of which type, depends on the plan you selected.
Your subscription, payments, renewals, cancellation, refunds and account access are governed by the KidInspector Terms of Use, the Pricing page, the checkout terms and the Refund Policy.
4. Permitted Use
The Software may be used only for lawful parental control, family device monitoring, management of your own devices, or another authorized purpose.
You may use it to:
- attach an authorized device to your KidInspector account
- turn the available monitoring features on and off
- change KidInspector settings for the connected device
- collect the supported activity reports from it
- go through those reports in your web dashboard
- apply the supported blocking or monitoring features where they exist
- remove the Software once monitoring is no longer needed or permitted
The Software must be used responsibly, openly and in line with applicable law.
5. Responsible Use and Required Authorization
Making sure you have the legal right to install and run KidInspector on each device is your responsibility.
Where the law or the circumstances require it, you must tell the person using the device that the Software is installed and monitoring is on.
KidInspector is open monitoring software and was not designed for concealed surveillance. It must not be used to watch, stalk, harass, track or control another person in secret.
On a child's device we recommend explaining the monitoring in age-appropriate terms and treating KidInspector as one part of clear household rules and safer digital habits.
Further guidance is in our Responsible Use Policy.
6. License Restrictions
Except where the law expressly permits it, you must not:
- duplicate the Software beyond the copies a permitted installation or backup reasonably calls for
- alter, adapt, translate, modify or build anything derivative from it
- attempt to uncover the source code by reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or decoding
- defeat, switch off, strip out or otherwise tamper with licensing, authentication, access-control or security mechanisms
- erase or change notices of copyright, trademark, attribution or ownership
- pass your license, account, installation files or activation data to people not authorized to hold them
- sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute or hand the Software on to anyone
- put the Software to work developing, testing, improving or supporting a rival product or service
- run automated tools that extract, scrape, copy or disrupt the Software or the service
- bring in malware, harmful code, unauthorized scripts or other security threats
- disturb the normal operation, performance, security or availability of the Software
- run the Software beyond the device limits or the other conditions attached to your plan
Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
7. Prohibited Monitoring
The Software must not be used to:
- reach a device you neither own nor have permission to access
- watch another adult who does not know about it and has not agreed to it
- watch a spouse, partner, roommate, employee or anyone else without proper authorization
- follow a person or a device where you hold no legal right to do so
- obtain private information by unlawful means
- stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, blackmail or exert control over another person
- further domestic abuse, coercive control, discrimination or other harmful conduct
- operate on a device that is stolen, lost or otherwise not yours to use
- keep the purpose of monitoring hidden where it has to be disclosed
- break privacy, data-protection, employment, criminal, communications or other applicable law
- serve any fraudulent, abusive, harmful or unlawful end
We may suspend or terminate your license and your account if we reasonably believe the Software has been used in a prohibited, unsafe, abusive or unlawful way.
8. Installation and Device Access
You will need access to the device in order to download and install the Software, complete setup, grant the required permissions and connect the device to your KidInspector account.
Installation requirements differ between Android, Windows and macOS. You are responsible for:
- checking that the device is compatible
- securing access and authorization before you install anything
- working through the setup instructions that apply
- granting whatever permissions are needed
- holding the operating system and configuration at a supported level
- keeping the device online where that matters
- telling the device user, where that is required
- removing the Software once monitoring stops being appropriate or permitted
Capital Prime LLC has no physical access to your device and cannot install or uninstall the Software on your behalf.
9. Permissions and Software Operation
The Software may need access to certain device, browser, accessibility, location, notification, storage, security or system permissions in order to deliver the features you selected.
Which permissions are required depends on the platform and on the features that are switched on.
Some features may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed or unable to work properly if:
- the necessary permissions were never given
- permissions get revoked afterwards
- the device has no connection
- the operating system or the browser changes underneath it
- security or battery settings hold the Software back
- another application gets in its way
- the device is unsupported or set up wrongly
Reviewing the permissions and granting only those appropriate to your intended, lawful use is your responsibility.
10. Dashboard Settings and Remote Configuration
The Software may let the account holder adjust the available KidInspector settings from the web dashboard.
Depending on the platform and the feature, the account holder may be able to:
- turn monitoring features on and off
- tune the settings of an individual feature
- set up supported website or app rules
- look at connection and device status
These functions govern KidInspector settings and features. They give Capital Prime LLC no general control over the device.
11. Activity Data and Privacy
The Software may gather, process and transmit supported device activity data to the KidInspector dashboard.
Depending on the platform and the features enabled, that may include:
- app usage and currently active apps
- installed apps
- websites and browser activity
- device activity and usage statistics
- screenshots
- results of text recognition on screenshots
- blocked app or website events
- location history
- the call log, where supported
- incoming SMS, where supported
- contacts, where supported
- traffic consumption
- diagnostic and synchronization information
Not every category exists on every platform.
How Capital Prime LLC processes personal information is set out in the KidInspector Privacy Policy.
Making sure that your collection and use of monitored-device information is lawful, and that any required notice or consent has been given, is your responsibility.
12. Updates and Changes
Capital Prime LLC may issue Software updates, patches, fixes, security improvements, new versions and feature changes.
An update may:
- introduce, change, extend, narrow or withdraw features
- put right errors and security problems
- sharpen compatibility or performance
- keep pace with changes in an operating system, a browser or a third-party service
- call for new or revised permissions
- oblige you to reinstall or reconfigure the Software
Installing available updates may be necessary in order to keep using the Software, or certain features of it.
13. Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features
KidInspector may occasionally offer beta, preview, test or experimental features.
Such features may:
- arrive unfinished or unstable
- contain faults
- change with no warning
- come with limited support
- appear only on certain platforms or accounts
- be pulled or discontinued whenever we choose
They are provided for evaluation and should not be relied on for anything critical.
14. Third-Party Software and Components
The Software may include, interact with or depend on third-party software, libraries, operating-system components, browsers, services or open-source components.
Third-party and open-source components may carry separate license terms, which apply to those components where required.
This EULA grants you no rights to third-party products or services beyond what their own terms provide.
Changes to third-party platforms, operating systems, browsers or services may affect Software compatibility and feature availability.
15. Intellectual Property and Ownership
The Software, the website, the dashboard, the interfaces, the design, the code, the documentation, the trademarks, the logos and the related materials belong to Capital Prime LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Apart from the limited license expressly granted in this EULA, Capital Prime LLC and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Software.
Every right not expressly granted is reserved.
Third-party trademarks, names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, comments, error reports or other feedback about KidInspector, you allow Capital Prime LLC to use it to develop, improve, operate, promote and support the product.
We are not obliged to pay you for feedback or to treat it as confidential, unless we have separately agreed otherwise in writing.
This section transfers no ownership of your personal information or of monitored-device content to Capital Prime LLC.
17. Support
Support for the Software may be available according to your plan, the KidInspector support terms and the channels open at the time.
It may cover:
- guidance on setup
- troubleshooting
- help with your account
- explanations of what a feature does
- assistance pinning down compatibility or permission problems
It does not extend to physical access to your device, general device administration, recovery of third-party accounts, or assistance with unauthorized monitoring.
For support, write to [email protected].
18. Suspension and Termination
This EULA stays in force until terminated.
You may end this Agreement at any time by:
- putting the Software aside
- removing every copy of it from your devices
- closing the KidInspector account where that is appropriate
- cancelling any live subscription as a separate step
Capital Prime LLC may suspend or terminate your license if:
- you break this EULA, the Terms of Use or the rules on responsible use
- the Software is put to an unlawful or prohibited purpose
- the subscription charges due from you go unpaid
- what you are doing creates a security, legal or safety risk
- the law forbids continued access, or a court, regulator, platform, payment provider or other authority requires it to be cut off
- the Software or the service is withdrawn
Terminating your account or your subscription may also end your right to use the Software.
19. Effect of Termination
When this EULA or your license ends, you must:
- cease using the Software
- remove it from every device it sits on
- destroy any installation files and unauthorized copies in your possession
- give up access to the licensed features
Deleting an account or cancelling a subscription does not automatically uninstall the Software from a connected device.
To stop monitoring altogether you have to uninstall KidInspector from the monitored device, following the applicable Android, Windows or macOS instructions.
Provisions on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and anything else that should reasonably survive will remain in force after termination.
20. Export Controls and Sanctions
You may not download, install, access, use, export, re-export, transfer or supply the Software in breach of applicable export-control, sanctions or trade law.
You are responsible for confirming that:
- you may lawfully receive and run the Software
- it is not headed for a prohibited end use
- it will not reach a prohibited person, organization or destination
- what you do with it satisfies the applicable law of the United States and of your own country
Capital Prime LLC may restrict access where that is necessary to meet applicable export-control, sanctions or trade requirements.
21. Disclaimers
