EULA - Software License Agreement

This End User License Agreement sets out the license terms for installing and using KidInspector for Windows, hereinafter referred to as the “Product”.

By installing, activating, or using the Product, you accept these license terms. If you do not accept them, you should not install or use the Product.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the applicable Terms of Use , you are granted a limited right to install and use the Product under the plan or subscription you selected.

This license is provided for use of the software only. It does not transfer ownership of the software, website, account services, or any related materials.

Access to Product features may depend on your active subscription, selected plan, number of licensed computers, and any additional paid features you choose to purchase.

Installation and Use

KidInspector is intended for lawful parental control and responsible supervision of a child’s PC. You may use it only for this purpose.

You may install and use the software only when all of the following conditions are met:

• you own, manage, or are legally authorized to supervise the computer
• the computer is used by a child under your parental or legal responsibility
• you have the legal right to install parental control software on that computer
• you provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law
• the computer meets the technical requirements needed to install and run the software

You are responsible for the way the Product is installed, configured, and used. Do not install or use it on any computer if you are unsure whether you have the legal right to supervise that device.

Devices and License Limits

The number of computers you may use with the Product depends on the plan, subscription, or license purchased.

Available plans may include access for one computer, three computers, or five computers. Your license is limited to the number of computers included in the selected plan.

Plan details, available features, storage limits, subscription terms, and prices are shown on the purchase page at the time of order.

You are responsible for selecting the plan that matches your intended lawful use and the number of supervised computers you need to monitor.

Updates

KidInspector may provide updates, improvements, fixes, or changes to the Product from time to time.

Some updates may be required for security, stability, compatibility, or continued access to certain features. Available features may change depending on your active subscription, selected plan, and any additional paid features.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the lawful installation, configuration, and use of the Product.

By using the Product, you confirm that:

• you are a parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to supervise the child’s computer
• you have lawful access to the supervised computer
• you will use the Product only for lawful parental control and responsible supervision
• you will obtain any consent or provide any notice required by applicable law
• you will comply with all applicable privacy, consent, data protection, monitoring, and computer-use laws
• you will not use the Product for hidden, unauthorized, or unlawful monitoring of any person

The Product must not be used to monitor adults, partners, employees, or any third party without proper legal authority or required consent.

Termination of License

KidInspector may restrict, suspend, or terminate your license or access to the Product if we believe that you have violated this Agreement, the Terms of Use, or applicable law.

Access may also be restricted or terminated if the Product is used for hidden, unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, or improper monitoring.

After termination, you must stop using the Product. Requests related to account deletion or stored data should be handled according to the Privacy Policy and Data Storage and Retention Policy.
