Uninstall & Removal Policy

Use this policy to understand how KidInspector can be removed from a computer and what steps are required to complete the uninstall process.

How to Uninstall KidInspector

To uninstall KidInspector, you need to use the same installer file that was originally used to install the program on the computer.

Please follow these steps:

1. Run the KidInspector installer on the computer where the program is installed
2. At the beginning of the installation process, select the “Remove” option
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the removal process

If You Do Not See the “Remove” Option

If the “Remove” option is not displayed when you first run the installer, allow the installer to finish the installation process.

After it finishes, run the same installer again. The “Remove” option should then appear at the beginning of the process.

After Removal

Once the removal process is completed, KidInspector will no longer operate on that computer.

If the device still appears in your dashboard after uninstalling the software, you may remove it from the dashboard manually.
