Install the app on the phone

Sign in to the dashboard
Once setup finishes, the available reports start appearing in your web dashboard. Open it from a browser on a computer or a phone.

Compatibility and Root Access
What is available may still depend on the device model, the Android version, granted permissions, setup conditions and the selected plan. Check the feature list and the requirements before you buy.

The app runs on Android phones with Android OS 5 or newer.
Physical access required
The initial setup requires the device in hand. Rooting is not part of it.

KidInspector for Android exists for parental control, family safety and lawful monitoring by someone properly authorized to do it.
Parents can usually monitor a minor child's device for safety and well-being. Monitoring an adult is a different matter and normally requires their consent. Because the rules change from country to country, state to state and case to case, check what applies to you and follow it.
KidInspector must not be used for covert surveillance, stalking, following another adult without authorization, or any unlawful purpose.

Activity in supported messengers and AI apps is captured through screenshots, with recognized text search where it is available. Coverage runs to 30+ apps, among them WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, Discord, WeChat and Gmail.
You can see screen time reports, app usage insights and device activity statistics. Setting a limit on screen time or on individual apps is not possible.
No. Geofencing and location alerts are not part of the app. You can review the device location and its location history where the platform supports it.
